4 short steps. We calculate a safe payment under CBU rules and your expenses, then check the banks' published terms.
Calculation method (open and reproducible)
- Income = main + extra regular. With informal employment, banks count only the verified part.
- Free balance = income − essential expenses − payments on current loans.
- CBU limit: all loan payments ≤ 50% of income (DSTI). So a new payment ≤
0.5 × income − current payments. For microloans the payment term used is at most 36 mo. - Personal limit: after the new payment a reserve of ≥
max(10% of income; 300,000 UZS)must remain. - Comfortable payment = the lower of the two limits.
- Available amount for a product: the inverse annuity formula at the top of the published rate (conservative), including monthly fees, but no more than the product limit.
- Payment is an annuity:
P = S × r / (1 − (1 + r)^−n), where r is the monthly rate. We show a range for the lowest and highest rate. - Full cost = payments over the whole term + disbursement fee + monthly fees. Overpayment = full cost − loan amount.
- Status: "fits" means the amount is within what's available and all published requirements are met; "partly" means the bank may give a smaller amount; "doesn't fit" means a requirement isn't met.
This is a preliminary estimate, not a bank decision. A bank may use credit bureau data and internal scoring.
